- Disconnect: When you disconnect from the craziness of the world. This small act will help you calm your mind and relax. Have a day where you just don’t do anything! Now you’re probably wondering but I have to work…All I can say; is that Your sanity comes first!

- Classes: Take a class you feel passionate and makes you feel excited. The point here is to reward yourself for all your hard work! You deserve it 😀
- Healthy Lifestyle: By incorporating healthy habits you add new positive ideas. You become kind to yourself and aware of the importance of taking care of your body, mind, and soul.
