Falling into bad habits can turn us into Debbie Downers LOL but when you know what to do! And still, fall into them..blows my mind! However, everything has a solution 🙂 Trust me; been there and done it. Below you will find 4 tips that help me; find balance and not keep falling into bad habits. Remember it is a process and self-training so give it a try! Your soul will thank you 🙂
- ASK: Dig into your subconscious mind by asking Why are you so afraid to follow your success or whatever your goal might be!
- Control: Remember you are in complete control of the situation but become friends with your subconscious mind. Let it know you are worthy of the change and your life will become better by this change.
- Positive Reinforcement: You can have a mantra; for example; “I am worthy of Happiness” say it daily; before you go to bed and when you wake up. Set your alarm with positive affirmations (Those are actually my favorite bc I need reminders to keep me going).
- People: Find people who have achieved what they wanted in life or someone you can relate to in a positive way! By making this visualization in your mind; you give yourself the certainty that you can achieve your goals too.
